Client Services Consultant

New York City, NY 646.690.8263

Working with people drew me to client services for William O’Neil + Company. My background is in sales and business development. I’ve always liked working with people, it’s really my passion. I couldn’t have a job where I wasn’t interacting with people.

I have quite a bubbly personality which will serve me well in my position at William O’Neil + Company. I am team oriented, working my best in group or team settings so I flourish working together in partnership with clients.

My prior work experience has been primarily focused on client support and business development, including within the finance sector − tasks that I thoroughly enjoy and thrive on. Most recently I was with Kingdom Trust, a qualified custodian working with family offices, advisory firms, and self-directed individuals. That will serve me well in my role supporting clients on PANARAY™.

I graduated in 2011 with a degree in marketing and a minor in computer science from the University of Alabama, so I’ve always been interested in computer-related and online technology, such as Panaray. My background in marketing will allow me to help clients better understand and fully utilize William O’Neil’s innovative services.

I spent four years living and working in Australia, where my husband of six years, Jack, is from. He also works in finance. When we got married, we moved to Bondi Beach near Sydney. It was absolutely beautiful, and I loved it. Even today here in New York City, my go-to coffee place every day is an Australian café.

I’m a big sports fan and as a University of Alabama  graduate, my favorite team is obviously the Crimson Tide. Roll Tide!! But I’m pretty much a fan of any live sports. Another huge passion of mine is going to see live music.

I also love just walking around the city and discovering new spots and new restaurants to explore, but my newest hobby is our nine-month English Bulldog puppy, which takes up a lot of my free time. We have several great dog parks near where we live that he loves to go to. One of the first things my husband told me when we met was that he wanted an English Bulldog named Charles because Michael Jordan had one. All Australians are huge Michael Jordan fans, so Jack’s dream came true when we got Charles.

I’ve always liked working with people, it’s really my passion. I couldn’t have a job where I wasn’t interacting with people.
