Client Services Consultant

New York City, New York 646-690-8266

I believe that client services are crucial to any business and that’s what has driven my passion for a career in this field. The opportunity to work directly with clients is what drew me to William O’Neil + Co.

What makes me good for my position is that I am team player. I love collaborating with team members to ensure that each client receives comprehensive support when using PANARAY™. I know how crucial teamwork is for supporting our clients, so it is a focal point each day.

I hope to deliver a valuable service to Panaray users by working diligently to meet their needs. In doing so, I hope that my clients will maximize the massive potential of Panaray and its vast capabilities.

Before joining the William O’Neil team, I worked in roles that required constant interaction with clients. My most recent role was at a recruitment firm that focused on placing high-level financial candidates. While working in this role, both my interest in finance as well as my passion for client services grew.

I graduated in 2020 with a degree in government from Colby College in Waterville, ME. Additionally, in college I played on the Men’s Lacrosse team which taught me valuable lessons about being a part of a team. I know it takes every team member to be successful as a collective, which is a sentiment I have maintained throughout my professional career.

My grandfather opened a restaurant in New York City in the 80s which is still open and operated by my family today. Seeing what my grandfather accomplished after he immigrated from Ireland taught me a great deal about hard work and perseverance. My work ethic is largely modeled after the drive and determination shown by my grandfather.

After I graduated,  our restaurant was in a state of crisis due to the widespread closures of businesses and rapid increases in staff shortages brought on by the pandemic. I took this as an opportunity to learn important skills about running a business as well as dealing with clients on a regular basis.

I found myself to be well suited for the business as I took on a managerial role that dealt with adjusting to Covid regulations and refining business operations to maximize efficiency and mitigate unnecessary costs. My strong interpersonal skills as well as my ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships were of great use during this uncertain period where each day posed new challenges.

I really enjoy learning and keeping up with the evolving technologies that impact our industry. Panaray is a great example of how new technology can help our clients during the investment decision process.

Outside of work, I adopted a dog in 2020 named Lola. She is an Australian cattle dog mix, so she loves being outside and has a ton of energy. Most of my weekends I am with Lola going for drives, at the beach, or walking around Central Park. Outside of my dog, I am a huge New York sports fan. My favorite teams are the Knicks, Giants, Yankees, and Rangers. I try to catch as many games as I can with my three brothers. I am also an avid Formula 1 fan. My favorite driver in Formula 1 is Lewis Hamilton.

In previous roles I have always enjoyed client interaction and being able to add value to each client’s experience.
