What drew me to WON is the unique methodology, comprehensive view of the equities markets, and unbiased recommendations. I felt it was an offering that clients would need in these challenging markets.
I’ve been involved in the markets since graduating from Santa Clara University, working for several investment banks, including Robertson Stephens, Lehman Brothers, Berenberg, and William Blair. While all great experiences, the inherent conflicts of interest between research recommendations and investment banking clients was something I had to navigate. It’s refreshing to be at a place where that conflict doesn’t exist and you can focus on helping clients generate alpha.
I hope to expand the awareness of the WON platform on the West Coast, there is so much breadth to the product that I feel is underappreciated by clients.
Away from the office, I have a wife, Kelly, and three teenage daughters; Claire 19, and twins Lauren and Grace 16, and a goldendoodle dog named Rocky.
In my spare time I like to play tennis, travel – I once took a sabbatical and went on a trip around the world (www.wandering5.com ), and barbecue on the grill.
