In Q3 2016, the U.S. economy grew at its fastest pace since 2014. The GDP expanded at a 2.9% annual rate
from July through September, more than twice the lackluster 1.4% annual rate in Q2 2016. The U.S. soybean
exports surged to a record 1.936 billion bushels from the 2015 to 2016 marketing year that ended in August
2016. Experts forecast 2017 economic outlook to be better than 2016.
