I was drawn to William O’Neil + Co. because of its reputation for rigorous, data-driven investment research and its deep, longstanding relationships with institutional clients. After nearly two decades working with asset managers, I saw the opportunity to join a firm that offers differentiated insights and a proven methodology as a unique way to add value in a competitive market.

My experience spans nearly 20 years in institutional equity research sales. During my time as Managing Director at Evercore ISI, I led high-level client relationships with mutual funds, hedge funds, pensions, and family offices, working closely with firms such as American Century, Cohen & Steers, Federated Hermes, Ivy Investments, and Principal Global. My focus has always been on building trust, understanding investment workflows, and delivering high-impact access to research and strategy.

What excited me about this role was the chance to apply that relationship-driven mindset in a new setting—one where innovation, collaboration, and a legacy of investment discipline all come together.

Throughout my career, I’ve taken a consultative approach to sales—focused on listening first, customizing access, and identifying ways to deepen client engagement over time. Whether it’s helping clients connect with analysts, building strategic coverage plans, or expanding firm visibility, I see every interaction as an opportunity to solve problems and drive results.

I studied Government at Cornell University and also hold an MFA in Acting from the American Conservatory Theater. That blend of analytical and creative training has helped me become a better communicator and collaborator in high-stakes environments. I also hold FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Outside of work, I stay active and grounded through time with family, travel, and the arts. Whether it’s exploring new ideas or reconnecting with past interests, I value curiosity, continuous learning, and bringing energy into everything I do.
